Job Description
We are seeking an experienced School Principal to lead academic and administrative operations at our Valencia Lahore campus. This full-time, onsite position (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM) requires 5–10 years of progressive educational experience. Salary: Rs90,00–Rs150,00/month.
- Provide strategic leadership for curriculum, policy implementation, and school improvement.
- Oversee daily operations, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Mentor, evaluate, and develop teachers and academic coordinators.
- Support admissions, school events, and community relations.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Education (B.Ed/M.Ed preferred); strong curriculum knowledge; excellent written and verbal communication; proven leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. Prior teaching and academic coordinator experience required; Principal or Vice-Principal experience preferred.
