Job Description
I&K Enterprises is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Bulk Production Department at Sheikhupura Road, Lahore (Mughalpura/Shahdara/Sheikhupura). The role requires leading teams to meet targets, planning workflows and resources, verifying batch cards, monitoring production and equipment to minimize downtime, ensuring quality and safety compliance, coordinating with QC/QA/Maintenance, maintaining production documentation, and preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry; 4–5 years’ experience; male; full‑time, on‑site.
- Key attributes: strong leadership, excellent communication, analytical problem solving, time management, and a safety- and quality-focused mindset.
- Compensation: Rs50,00–60,00 per month.
