Job Description
We are seeking a full-time, in-person Sales Representative to secure Upwork projects in creative design, animation, video editing, and web development. The role involves bidding on relevant opportunities, maintaining ratings and badges, managing client communications, and closing engagements to meet performance targets.
- Requirements: Minimum 1 year of Upwork bidding/sales experience; working knowledge of the listed creative fields; fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Compensation: Above-market salary, performance-based bonuses/commissions, and additional rewards for consistent overachievement.
