Job Description
Mars BPO is hiring a Lead Verification & Closing Officer for the night shift (7:00 PM–5:00 AM) based in Karachi. The role involves making outbound verification calls, confirming customer details, explaining services, addressing objections, closing leads, recording calls, and achieving targets.
- Requirements: confident communicator, strong outbound calling skills, basic computer and typing proficiency, target-driven; call center experience preferred. Freshers welcome.
- Compensation: competitive salary Rs50,00–Rs80,00/month plus monthly incentives, structured training, and clear opportunities for career growth.
