Job Description
MedCare MSO, a U.S.-based healthcare IT company operating in Pakistan with 1,00+ staff, seeks a full-time Business Development Associate for CCM/RPM sales. On-site in MMalam, Lahore; night shift 7:00 PM–4:00 AM.
- Identify and pursue CCM/RPM sales opportunities; conduct demonstrations and needs assessments.
- Develop tailored client solutions, meet sales targets, and ensure smooth onboarding in coordination with internal teams.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and client relationships.
Requirements: 1–2 years sales experience (healthcare preferred), strong CCM/RPM knowledge, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, CRM proficiency, and a bachelor’s degree. Night-shift and on-site availability required.
