Job Description
We are seeking a courteous, detail-oriented E-commerce Customer Support Representative to provide timely, professional assistance via email, live chat, and phone. You will resolve order inquiries, monitor shipments, process returns and refunds, and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM.
- Deliver clear, professional communication and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Update CRM entries and coordinate with logistics and returns teams.
- Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing processes.
Qualifications: strong written and verbal communication, excellent problem-solving and attention to detail, basic computer proficiency. Experience with online retail platforms and multilingual ability are advantageous.
