Job Description
ASK Development Limited seeks a full-time, in-person Customer Care Executive in Karachi to support a leading telecom company’s banking helpline. Salary: Rs37,00–45,00/month plus performance incentives.
- Answer inbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
- Resolve inquiries and complaints; process orders and payments; update account records.
- Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and a customer-focused service approach.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 6 months’ banking customer service (CSR) experience. Candidates with Easypaisa or JazzCash campaign experience are preferred. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a service-oriented attitude are essential.
