Job Description
We are seeking a professional and hospitable Hotel Receptionist to welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations, and provide concierge assistance with accuracy and courtesy.
- Answer phone calls, process payments, maintain precise guest records, and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
- Promptly resolve guest inquiries and ensure exceptional customer service at all times.
- Requirements: high school diploma, strong English communication skills, prior customer service experience, basic computer proficiency, and flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends.
