Job Description
Jobizon HR Solutions seeks an experienced female Assistant HR Officer to join our dynamic call center team. The successful candidate will manage recruitment and onboarding, address employee grievances, coordinate training and development, maintain accurate HR records, ensure compliance with company policies, and provide HR support to team leaders.
- Qualifications: MBA/MHRM or related degree.
- Experience: 1–2 years in HR; call center experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication, strong problem-solving, fluent in English and Urdu.
- Compensation: PKR 25,00–30,00 per month. Job Type: Full-time, in person.
