Job Description
GT Solutions USA is seeking a full-time Bilingual Admission Coordinator to manage inquiries across 12 centers and support families through the entire admission process. The coordinator will respond to and follow up with parents, handle or escalate complaints, track each child’s admission status, and coordinate directly with center staff. Responsibilities include sending email/SMS notifications and reminders for pending documents, deadlines, and center tours, and generating reports on admission rates by center, capacity trends, waitlist lengths, and application trends throughout the year.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; fluent in English and Spanish.
- Compensation: Rs55,00.00–Rs100,00.00 per month; on-site position.
