Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Client Success Coordinator to lead client onboarding, drive retention, and act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams. The role includes maintaining CRM records, monitoring success metrics, resolving escalations, delivering client training, and coordinating cross‑functional initiatives to maximize adoption and satisfaction.
