Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Electrical & Automation Engineer to oversee electrical and automation systems across production facilities. This role directs design, installation, maintenance, and continuous improvement efforts; manages a team of technicians and engineers; coordinates projects; and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The position focuses on optimizing PLC, SCADA, HMI, and drive systems while providing hands-on troubleshooting and technical leadership.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 7+ years’ experience in industrial automation
- Strong PLC/HMI programming, troubleshooting, and project management skills
- Excellent communication; safety or automation certifications preferred
