Job Description
Eggspectation Pakistan is seeking a professional Guest Relations Officer for our Islamabad locations (F-6 to F-9). The role requires warmly greeting guests; managing reservations, seating, and waitlists; professionally handling inquiries, feedback, and complaints; coordinating with service and kitchen teams to ensure high guest satisfaction; and maintaining an organized front desk and lobby.
- Requirements: previous hospitality or customer service experience (restaurant/café preferred), presentable and friendly demeanor, guest-focused attitude, and availability for flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Details: full-time, in-person position. Salary Rs45,00–46,00/month, with benefits, professional growth opportunities, and a vibrant supportive work environment.
