Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as an Account Manager at Lion Work located in Karachi Division. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, developing account strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide solutions that meet client needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience as an account manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining strict attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Familiarity with sales techniques and negotiation strategies
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with clients
