Job Description
We are seeking a diligent Upwork Bidder to identify and secure freelance projects on Upwork. You will research relevant job posts, prepare customized proposals and cover letters, track bids, and maintain professional client communication.
- Proven Upwork experience and strong written English
- Attention to detail and ability to meet weekly bid targets
- Familiarity with client screening, proposal templates, and basic negotiation is a plus
- Reliable, organized, and results-driven with strong time-management skills
Training will be provided. Compensation (commission or hourly) will be discussed during the interview.
