Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Utility Maintenance Officer to maintain and repair building utilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems. The role ensures safe, reliable operation and timely preventive maintenance.
- Perform inspections, diagnose faults, and coordinate repairs
- Document work orders and support emergency responses
- Collaborate with contractors and adhere to safety and regulatory standards
Qualifications: vocational or technical certificate in electrical or mechanical fields, a minimum of two years’ maintenance experience, strong problem-solving skills, and valid safety certifications. Reliable, team-oriented candidates are preferred.
