Job Description
Sybrid Pvt Ltd in Lahore is hiring a full-time, in-person Customer Service Representative for its UK Energy campaign in the Call Center/BPO sector.
- Handle inbound and outbound UK customer calls; assist with energy plans, billing, and account inquiries.
- Provide accurate information, document interactions, and meet daily call and quality targets.
- Shifts: UK evening/night; six days per week. Salary: Rs60,00–Rs80,00/month.
- Requirements: minimum Intermediate (Bachelor’s preferred); strong English communication (UK accent preferred); UK energy experience is a plus. Fresh candidates with excellent communication skills are welcome.
