Job Description
We seek an experienced Senior UK Taxi Dispatcher to manage daily fleet operations, coordinate drivers across UK regions, optimize routing, and ensure timely, safe passenger service. The role includes scheduling, handling complex bookings, resolving escalations, liaising with operations and technology teams, and analyzing performance metrics to drive efficiency improvements.
- Minimum 5+ years dispatch experience
- Strong knowledge of UK road networks and routing
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with dispatch software and shift supervision
