Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to ensure client satisfaction, increase product adoption, and minimize churn through proactive onboarding, training, and continuous support.
Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, diagnosing and resolving technical and account issues, monitoring customer health metrics, communicating feedback to internal teams, and guiding customers to achieve their objectives.
Qualifications: 1–2 years in customer-facing roles, excellent verbal and written communication, strong problem-solving ability, experience with CRM systems, and a data-driven mindset.
