Job Description
Confidential company seeks a full-time, in-person Dispatch Manager to lead daily dispatch and fleet operations. You will supervise a small team, coordinate routes, ensure regulatory compliance, manage dispatch procedures, and promptly resolve operational issues. Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, with 3–5 years of experience in dispatch/logistics including 1–2 years in a supervisory role. Familiarity with ERP/WMS platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus. The position demands strong organizational skills, meticulous documentation, clear communication, and the ability to perform under pressure. Compensation: up to Rs110,00.00 per month.
