Job Description
Codexcel Inc., a growing digital marketing agency in Mailsi, is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to generate leads through outbound cold calls (local and international), qualify prospects, schedule meetings, and maintain accurate call records.
- Requirements: strong English and Urdu communication, persuasive phone skills, goal‑oriented mindset, basic digital marketing knowledge (training provided).
- Preferred: college degree; cold‑calling or telesales experience is a plus.
- Offer: on‑site role with fixed salary + commission, performance incentives, training, and advancement opportunities.
- Employment types: Full‑time, Part‑time, Fresher. Compensation: Rs8,00–25,00/month. Minimum 20 hours/week.
