Job Description
We are hiring a Social Media Growth Specialist to lead audience acquisition and engagement across platforms. You will develop growth strategies, create and optimize content, run paid and organic campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with design and marketing teams to increase followers, reach, and conversions.
- Requirements: 2+ years in social media growth, strong copywriting, data-driven mindset
- Familiarity with advertising platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and analytics tools
- Creative, organized, and able to rapidly test and scale tactics
- Remote or hybrid role with competitive salary and benefits
