Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop strategic plans, and exceed revenue goals. You will establish objectives, coach and motivate team members, manage key accounts, analyze market trends, and close high-value deals.
- Requirements: 3+ years of sales leadership, excellent communication, CRM proficiency, and strong negotiation skills.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and a proven track record of meeting quotas.
