Job Description

Trans Global Services seeks a full-time, in-person Telesales Representative for outbound international campaigns (night shift). The ideal candidate has 6 months–2 years of telesales experience and strong English verbal and listening skills.

  • Responsibilities: place outbound calls, present services clearly, build rapport, address objections, convert leads, and record outcomes in the CRM to achieve daily call and revenue targets.
  • Requirements: persuasive negotiation skills, basic computer literacy, comfort with night shifts and sales targets.
