Job Description
We are seeking a Commercial Development Representative to join our sales growth team. In this role you will generate and qualify new business opportunities, execute outbound prospecting, and nurture leads through the early stages of the sales funnel. You will partner with Sales and Marketing to build pipeline, conduct discovery calls, present product overviews, maintain accurate CRM records, and schedule demos for Account Executives.
Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or SDR/BDR roles, excellent communication skills, strong organizational ability, resilience, and familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
