Job Description
7 Kings Code LLC is hiring an HR Intern for a 6-month full-time internship in DHA Phase 8, Lahore. Evening shift: 6:30 PM–3:30 AM PKT, supporting US-based clients.
- Key responsibilities: resume screening, conducting pre-screening calls, scheduling interviews, assisting with onboarding and orientation, tracking attendance and leave, maintaining employee records, preparing Excel HR reports, and responding to daily HR queries.
- Qualifications: BBA-HR (fresh graduates encouraged), strong written and verbal English, advanced Excel (data entry, formulas, reporting), effective pre-screening and organizational skills, and comfort with night shift. Familiarity with HR systems/ATS and Pakistani labor law is a plus.
- Compensation: stipend from Rs35,00/month; 5-day work week.
