Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist for the afternoon shift (2:00 PM–10:00 PM). Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat; resolving and documenting issues; and escalating complex cases as needed. Applicants must have at least one year of customer service experience, strong English communication skills, effective problem-solving ability, basic computer literacy, and availability for the specified shift.
