Job Description
Alibaba seeks a Logistics Sales Lead for the Daraz department to drive B2B growth in courier and logistics services. The role requires developing and implementing business strategies, prospecting and closing accounts, managing end-to-end client onboarding, and preparing client proposals and business reports. You will collaborate with operations, product, and finance teams to analyze market trends and competitors while maintaining strong client relationships to ensure exceptional service.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; minimum 4 years’ experience in courier/logistics with proven B2B sales results;
- Skills: excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities; data analysis; customer focus; Microsoft Office proficiency; tech-oriented mindset; ability to work independently.
