Job Description
Call Co BPO seeks a motivated HR Intern for a full-time, on-site night shift. This role is ideal for recent graduates or students and provides practical HR exposure.
- Support end-to-end recruitment and interview coordination
- Assist with onboarding, employee records, attendance tracking, and HR databases
- Perform daily HR administrative tasks
Requirements: ongoing or completed Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; strong English communication; basic HR knowledge and MS Word/Excel proficiency; good organizational skills; willingness to work nights.
