Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented General Accounting Associate to support daily bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and month-end close activities. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of accounting experience, proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or ERP), strong Excel skills, and a basic understanding of GAAP.

Process invoices and payments; manage AR/AP workflows.
Prepare journal entries and assist with monthly close.
Perform account reconciliations and support audits.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are required. This position offers professional growth within a collaborative finance team.
