Job Description
PEOPLE PVT LTD is seeking a Brand Manager to develop annual brand strategies and lead integrated 360° marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, and digital). You will oversee agency partnerships, timelines, budgets, and campaign performance; analyze brand health, market share, and competitor activity; and collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Design teams. The role supports new product launches, packaging decisions, sales enablement, and the production of brand content for web, social media, catalogs, and presentations.
- Qualifications: BBA/MBA in Marketing.
- Experience: 6–8 years in brand planning (FMCG, building materials, paints, or durable goods preferred); demonstrated agency and budget management.
