Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Student Counselor to support students’ academic, personal, and career development. The role includes individual and group counseling, guidance on course selection and admissions, career planning, accurate student record maintenance, coordination with parents, teachers, and staff, and organizing workshops and orientations to promote emotional well-being.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Psychology, Education, Counseling, or a related field.
- Skills: strong communication, empathy, trust-building, active listening, problem solving, time management, confidentiality; basic MS Office and data-entry proficiency.
- Experience: prior counseling preferred. Full-time, in-person. Salary: Rs45,00–55,00/month.
