Job Description
Eposmatic is seeking a full-time Support & Data Entry Specialist in Islamabad to join our Customer Support team. The role provides first-level support via phone and WhatsApp, troubleshoots software issues, updates restaurant menus, pricing, and staff records, and ensures timely follow-up until resolution.
- Responsibilities: handle calls/WhatsApp, troubleshoot software, maintain menu/pricing/staff data, and follow up with customers.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; customer support or data-entry experience preferred; strong MS Excel/Google Sheets skills; fluent English and Urdu (spoken and written); detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced team.
Working days: Monday–Saturday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM. Compensation: Rs30,00–Rs70,00/month. On-site position.
