Job Description
We are seeking a confident, fair, and hands‑on Salon Floor Manager to oversee daily floor operations, lead and mentor staff, enforce SOPs and discipline, ensure exceptional client satisfaction, manage complaints professionally, and coordinate closely with reception and senior management.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 3+ years in people management (Floor/Salon Manager or Team Lead). Preference given to female candidates.
- Skills: Strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Employment: Full‑time, in‑person.
- Salary: Rs 35,00–45,00 per month.
