Job Description
We are seeking a Director of Sales Operations to drive revenue growth by optimizing processes and aligning sales strategy with corporate objectives. You will oversee forecasting, CRM, analytics, and cross-functional initiatives while building scalable sales workflows, improving pipeline visibility, and managing forecasting and compensation practices.
- Lead and develop a team of operations analysts to enable and empower the sales organization.
- Requirements: 8+ years in sales or revenue operations, strong data and analytical skills, Salesforce experience, proven leadership, strategic mindset, and excellent communication. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
