Job Description
We seek an experienced Investment Operations Manager to lead daily investment operations, ensure timely trade settlement, and maintain accurate portfolio reconciliations. The role oversees the full trade lifecycle, monitors operational risk, and coordinates with portfolio managers, custodians, and counterparties.
Key responsibilities include implementing and strengthening internal controls, streamlining workflows, resolving exceptions, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field, has 5+ years of investment operations experience, strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, proven leadership, and clear communication abilities.
