Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Chat Support Intern for a 3–6 month paid internship (PKR 30,00/month) with the possibility of conversion to permanent employment. Responsibilities include responding to live chat inquiries, delivering accurate product information, logging conversations, coordinating with internal teams, and escalating complex issues.
Ideal candidates are fresh graduates or final‑year students with strong written English, basic computer and typing skills, and a willingness to work rotational shifts. Prior chat or CRM experience is a plus.
