Job Description
Tech Hub Software Solution is hiring full-time Chat Support Officers for an on-site position in Gulberg 2, Lahore. Candidates with customer chat experience are preferred; entry-level applicants are welcome.
- Shifts: Morning 8:00 AM–4:00 PM; Evening 4:00 PM–12:00 AM; Night 12:00 AM–8:00 AM.
- Responsibilities: promptly respond to customer queries, identify user needs and guide feature use, and monitor social media complaints while coordinating with internal teams.
- Salary: Rs35,00–Rs45,00 per month.
