Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Executive to manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance. You will develop and implement HR policies, coordinate payroll and benefits administration, support training and development, and maintain accurate personnel records.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field and 3+ years of HR experience
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and discretion handling sensitive matters
- Familiarity with local labor laws and HRIS systems
The successful candidate will contribute to people strategies that enhance the employee experience and ensure regulatory compliance.
