Job Description
We are seeking a experienced Boiler Supervisor to oversee boiler operations and lead support staff. The role enforces SOPs and safety protocols, maintains hourly/daily logs for pressure, temperature, fuel consumption and water treatment, and coordinates steam demand with Dyeing & Printing. The supervisor will check feed water quality, perform routine inspections and basic maintenance, respond to first-level incidents and escalate critical issues, and ensure the boiler house remains clean and compliant with factory and environmental regulations.
- Qualifications: Diploma/certificate in Boiler Operation, Mechanical, or Utilities preferred.
- Experience: Textile/process industry preferred; shift-ready and composed under pressure.
- Skills: Accurate record-keeping and clear basic communication.
- Employment: Full-time, on-site. Salary Rs40,00–Rs60,00/month.
