Job Description
We are looking for a Rider Retention Specialist to increase rider engagement and reduce churn through targeted retention programs, incentives, and clear communications. You will analyze rider behavior and KPIs, design and run A/B tests, manage feedback and disputes, and collaborate with operations and marketing to improve the rider experience.
- Requirements: 1-2 years in customer success or operations; strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Analytical ability required; Excel or SQL is a plus. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Ride-hailing or gig platform experience preferred.
