Job Description
Hirable (Zigron Inc) is seeking a confident, driven Sales Associate for a full-time, in-person role. No degree required. We offer a base salary plus commissions and performance bonuses.
- Requirements: proven sales track record, excellent communication, self-motivated and target-driven.
- Compensation: 1–10 students — 15% per student and a PKR 80,00 bonus after 10 enrollments; 11–25 — 16% per student and a PKR 100,00 bonus after the next 15; High Performer — enroll 30 in a month to receive all milestone commissions plus an additional PKR 100,00 bonus.
