Job Description
Mars BPO seeks professional outbound sales representatives for our Frontier campaign. Agents will make outbound calls, present services, verify client details, follow prepared scripts, and achieve sales targets. Night shifts required.
- Requirements: clear spoken English, strong listening and communication skills, basic computer and typing ability.
- Experience: call center or sales preferred; fresh graduates are welcome. Full training and career advancement provided.
- Compensation: fixed salary plus commission (Rs35,00–45,00/month), with additional performance bonuses.
- Location: On-site at 2nd Floor, Shafi Court, Club Road, Merewether Rd, near Avari Towers, Civil Lines, Karachi.
