Job Description
- Experience: 5-10 years of progressive leadership in Human Resources within a multinational corporation (MNC) in a senior role (Head or Deputy Head of HR).
- Expertise: Proven proficiency in leveraging automated HR systems, including hands-on experience in modules such as Attendance Management, Payroll Management, Performance Management, and Recruitment. Specifically, adept at navigating platforms like FlowHCM.
- Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required. However, candidates holding a Master’s degree in Human Resources / Psychology from a reputable institute are highly preferred, underscoring a comprehensive understanding of both technological and human-centric facets of HR management.
- Career Highlights: Considerable experience in people and culture management, including a successful track record of leading impactful team building/training programs. Demonstrated ability to cultivate and utilize a robust professional network. Expertise in recruitment processes, showcasing a strategic approach to talent acquisition will be an advantage.
- Relevant industry experience: Those with experience in the financial industry may have an advantage.
