Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Karachi. As the Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be expected to work collaboratively with your colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- High degree of customer orientation and empathy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a similar role preferred
