Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site position as an Admission/Application Officer at Edify Consulting, located in Lahore District. The primary responsibilities include managing international admissions, delivering superior customer service, and maintaining prompt communication with students. Additionally, the officer will contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs for students seeking higher education abroad.

Qualifications:

• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate, establish client relationships, and work well in a team environment.
• International Admissions: Familiarity with international education systems and admissions requirements.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu, with a keen eye for detail.
• Customer Service: Dedication to delivering high-quality customer service and resolving conflicts effectively.
• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 2 years of work experience in the education industry. Experience in study abroad advising is a plus.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
