Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team. As an HR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization’s overall success by implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
• Conduct job interviews and participate in the selection process.
• Facilitate new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries.
• Address and resolve workplace conflicts and employee relations issues.
• Administer performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers and employees.
• Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
• Stay current on HR laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
• Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Develop and implement wellness programs to promote employee well-being.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience in HR roles.
• Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary Range:
