Job Description
INTECH Automation & Intelligence is currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an iCSG Trainee. As an iCSG Trainee, you will be responsible for various general administration tasks and coordination of front offices in the Middle East. Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Managing medical and travel insurances for staff working or traveling to front offices and families of permanent based staff
- Submission of medical claims and following up on reimbursements
- Handling immigration and visas including new visas, timely visa extensions, and cost-optimized solutions
- Arranging accommodations and hotels for employees and site engineers in all territories
- Coordinating local travel arrangements such as car rentals and taxis
- Issuing field passes and other approvals for engineers to mobilize on sites
- Timely renewals of regulatory and legal documentation, registrations, and certifications
- Coordinating with travel agents and online portals for domestic and international ticketing
- Managing vendor coordination, negotiations, and accounts
- Handling incoming and outgoing shipments inspections, customs coordination, and duty assessments
- Liaising with back-office support departments for compliance and assistance, including F&A, HR, IT, and QHSE
Requirements:
- Qualification: BS/Masters in any field relevant to management, business administration, or aviation studies
- Total Experience: Fresh or 1-2 years
- Other skills: Good communication skills, strong learning acumen
