Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Islamabad. As a Jr. Technical Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and hiring top technical talent. Your day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing recruitment strategies, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and managing the interview process from start to finish.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field with a strong interest in HR
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical recruiting role or in a recruiting role where you have worked with technical candidates
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and managers
- Familiarity with recruiting tools and techniques
- A passion for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent
- Write and post technical job descriptions
- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
- Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
- Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
- Compose job offer letters
- Onboard new hires
- Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work
- Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
- Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
