Job Description
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Trainee at Biafo Industries Ltd. As a trainee, you will assist the HR Department in day-to-day tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, employee benefits administration, and personnel management. You will also learn and understand HR policies and procedures and ensure their implementation.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Understanding of HR policies and procedures
- Experience in employee benefits administration and personnel management
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (candidates with relevant experience and other degrees will also be considered)
Experience working in manufacturing or industrial settings is beneficial but not required.
